What are comp drinks you ask? there drinks that you get for free in casinos all across Las Vegas. There are many different ways to get these drinks and I will break it down for you.

Slot Machines: If you are playing a slot machine your cocktail waitress will come around every 20-30 minutes depending on how busy she gets.

Table Games: If you are sitting at a table game the cocktail waitress will visit very frequently.

Video Poker: There are alot of video poker machines located at bars all over vegas, find one of these machines and your drinks at the bar will be FREE or COMP at the bar.

Sports and Race book: Every time you place a wager over a certain amount you will get a comp ticket that you take to the nearest bar for your free drink. Also alot of times I have just been sitting in the sports book and the cocktail waitress will come by and ask if i want a drink.
